We are still getting reports from some customers that IMAP and POP mail connections are being reset. Our Network Operations team is continuing their investigation and we'll update you as their work progresses. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and hope to have a final resolution as quickly as we can.
At this time our Network Operations team as identified an issue preventing some customers from being able to access their email.
